Triathlon Coaching - £75 pm
We start with a good chat about your aspirations, current status, strengths, weaknesses and how best to fit training into your lifestyle, then this is what you can expect:

We do some testing to get some good data (I like data!!), which we repeat at appropriate timescales to ensure the training is working
​
We agree how your weekly program will be structured
​
All sessions and all data is managed within TrainingPeaks
​
You will get a fully described 4 weeks training block to allow you to plan your life and your training
​
We communicate as frequently as necessary in whatever way you wish to make sure the plan works for you
​
As we get towards race day we discuss race preparation - paces / powers / fuelling / transitions etc
